In addition, feasibility and engineering studies are underway for clients in China, India, Indonesia and
Mongolia.
To maintain quality, Headwaters offers a wide range of technical services to support licensing of its DCL
technology, including:
• Preliminary feasibility studies
• Pilot plant tests on representative coal samples
• Feasibility studies
• Basic engineering design packages
• Review of detailed engineering drawings
• Operator training
• Start up assistance
• Performance testing
• Catalyst supply
• Plant audits and troubleshooting
In addition, Headwaters is acting as project developer and evaluating process applicability and economic
feasibility for a number of CTL projects in the U.S.
